Return & refunds

If for some reasons, you are not totally satisfied with your items, you have 10 days to return them to us. The product must be returned in the same original condition, neatly packed and with the tags still attached.

If customers wish to return an item, they must contact us at info@savicfashion.com and request a return. After submitting such request, customer will receive an email containing the detailed instructions to be followed in order to complete the return.

The customer can chose between the following options:

EXCHANGES

We only replace items for another one of the same value or for a size/color exchange if the product is available.

REFUNDS

Once the returned package is received and inspected, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Note that depending of the issuing company of the credit card, the processing time could take 20 days for the customer to have access to the refunded funds.

CONDITIONS OF RETURN

• Items can only be returned for a refund or an exchange.
• Items must be returned in the same original condition, neatly packed and with the tags still attached.
• Item should have not been worn, washed or showed any signs of wear.
• Items must be returned with their original tags, wrapping papers and other accessories such as dust bags

You must provide a copy of the invoice when sending back the package.

Shipping costs are covered by the customer, excepting if the returned cause is because of Savicfashion.com fault (Wrong size, wrong color, etc.)

When sending back the package, the customer must provide a tracking number in order to keep track of the return.

Savicfashion.com reserves the right to refuse returns that have not been properly sent based on our return policy. In this case, we can return the package to the customer at the original shipping address
